Technology and infrastructure reviews for third party programme implementation

 

Challenge

The client is a mega engineering company.  They identified the need to use technology to implement an integrity programme around their supplier and distributors.  However, simply plugging in another SaaS product was not really an option for the client and we had to check their existing systems and processes to see what we can use to implement their programme using their existing solutions in-house.

 

Answer

We worked with the technology and compliance teams to understand the infrastructure and systems they already have in their highest risk business unit.  We could then make some suggestions on using their internal systems to implement all or part of the programmes. This was a mixture of adding data into current screening systems and also using data collection systems like their website and their CRM to build a data set.

 

Timeframe

About two months in total. We set up several system walkthroughs and discussions to find the right people that understood the systems across the group.
