Scott, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, has a background in legal, compliance, internal audit, export control, ethics and corporate governance, providing counselling and advice to senior management throughout the world in the development of legal and compliance practices. Scott is the founder of the Firm and remains actively involved in its strategic direction. Scott has degrees in Law and Information Technology.
Peter, as Chief Operating Officer, brings over 25 years of leadership and operational experience in complex multinational companies. His key areas of responsibility include all the elements of how we perform as a company, with oversight of our operations and procedures. Peter has degrees in Accounting and Arts.
Chris brings over 25 years of experience in building and leading high performance finance and accounting teams to serve dynamic, high-growth organisations. His areas of expertise are focused on software, B2B and consulting services.
Vicky is the General Manager of the Americas region. Vicky has worked as an executive and general counsel in various multinational corporations in Australia, Asia-Pacific regions and the United States, and has led the development and implementation of corporate compliance and risk management programmes and policies for local and multinational businesses. Vicky has degrees in Law and Business.
Tim is an experienced technology leader, with extensive exposure to modern methods of organising and managing teams for production of scalable services. He has a background as systems and solutions architect, specialising in on-line and off-line publishing systems, especially database-driven content.
Casper is Director of Sales and Marketing for the EMEA region. Based out of the Dubai office, his main responsibilities include further developing the regional business as well as managing the Marketing team. Casper brings more than 15 years of emerging market business development experience in Europe and the Middle East.
Juliet, Director of Professional Services – APAC, has been involved in the development and implementation of compliance programmes for multinational companies as well as providing the relevant material for programme roll-outs. Juliet has conducted compliance health checks, reviews and interviews for the purposes of compliance assessments across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions and the United States. Juliet has degrees in Law and Fine Arts.
Andrew is the Head of Information Services Group for the Firm. In his previous roles, Andrew has assessed, designed, implemented and managed compliance programmes for multinational organisations across a wide range of industries. Andrew has been involved in the design and development of the ComplianceDeskop® | Compliance Technology Platform, and retains a key interest in using technology to support compliance. Andrew has degrees in Law and Information Technology.
Chris is the Legal and Compliance Manager of the Firm, based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for the global management of the Firm’s legal affairs and regulatory compliance, and for ensuring the Firm operates in accordance with best practice ethical standards. Chris is an Australian qualified solicitor with previous experience working for major multinational corporations and a leading international law firm.
Hartmut is the General Manager for the DACH region based in Switzerland. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the Business and IT Consulting industry to his role. Prior to joining The Red Flag Group®, Hartmut was a Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions and was responsible for the Integrated Process Management practice in Switzerland with focus on driving sales for revenue growth, defining Go-to-Market Business Plans, identifying and developing business opportunities, generating leads, winning business, and building client relationships.
Joseph is a Product Director for our due diligence solutions. Joseph has more than seven years of experience in compliance and integrity risk management and investigations across multiple industries in various jurisdictions around the globe. With experience in market and business intelligence, he has participated in international projects including compliance audits and investigations. Joseph is bi-lingual in English and Cantonese and based in Hong Kong.
Jacque is responsible for managing ComplianceDesktop® | Compliance Technology Platform, a compliance management platform that supports businesses in managing their third party integrity and compliance programmes. Jacque brings over 20 years of experience in product management in the software industry. She is a dynamic, versatile executive with proven results in project and product management, business intelligence, revenue optimisation and web analytics. She is Scrum Master Certified, Project Management Professional Certified, and HIPPA Certified. Jacque is tri-lingual in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
Rich is Product Director for Supplier Integrity. Rich brings 20 years of technology and software product leadership experience, serving at firms ranging from innovative start-ups to globally recognised brands. He has been on the forefront of building software solutions that leverage data and advanced analytics to improve business effectiveness and enable data -driven decisions.
William is the Financial controller for the Americas region. He has 35 years of experience as a financial leader and consultant in the United States and abroad. His focus has been finance, accounting, business development, operations, new product development and process improvement.
He has led finance, operations and sales teams in several different industry sectors including software and technology demonstrating proven abilities to drive financial operations. Bill also has a track record of success in restoring profitability to underperforming companies and utilising strategies to attain substantial revenue growth.
Olga manages the Europe Professional Services team of 12 Compliance Analysts and Associates with a coverage of 15 European languages. As a passionate people manager, her goal is to constantly increase the quality of the product by enabling people’s willingness to grow, improve and succeed.
Olga brings five years of quality management experience in aviation customer service, and a training background proven by various coach and people development schools. She has a degree in Economics and is CCEP-I certified. She speaks Polish, English, French and Spanish.
