Solution Process

The usual process to implement such a solution is for our advisory team to meet with the client legal and compliance team to work through your business model, identifying third party usage, itemising the risks incurred and developing a solution plan to mitigate risks identified. Risk advisory and explanation sessions at the board and senior-executive level may be integrated into the process.

Once the relevant compliance risks are identified, our team will proceed with the analysis of significant risks and deliver a basic summary of risk-remediation processes.
