Scott, CEO & Chairman, has a background in legal, compliance, internal audit, export control, ethics and corporate governance, providing counselling and advice to senior management throughout the world in the development of legal and compliance practices. Scott is the founder of the Firm and remains actively involved in its strategic direction.
David, President, Global & Strategic Accounts, brings to the firm more than 23 years of experience advising companies and helping them understand and manage the risks facing their businesses. David has been based out of Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai for the past 18 years.
Tim Faherty is the General Manager of the Americas region and leads all the sales, marketing, client services, due diligence operations and advisory resources supporting the region. Tim has over 19 years’ experience in the Sales, B2B and compliance area and will bring together a group of talented individuals to grow and develop the firm’s portfolio of businesses.
Andrew is General Manager of the EMEA region and is based in London. He is responsible for all operations in the region, including sales, advisory, business development, client services and due diligence delivery.
Wendy is General Manager of the APAC region. Based in the Group’s headquarters in Hong Kong, Wendy’s primary focus is to develop, manage and drive the APAC regional sales and delivery group. Wendy oversees APAC inside sales, business development, field marketing, client services/implementation and delivery services. Wendy brings extensive leadership and regional business development exposure to the role. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Cathy Wright is VP of Products and is responsible for the Products function firm-wide. Cathy has over 20 years of extensive product management leadership experience with leading information services and software companies across the United States.
Juliet, Director of Professional Services – APAC, has been involved in the development and implementation of compliance programmes for multinational companies as well as providing the relevant material for programme roll-outs. Juliet has conducted compliance health checks, reviews and interviews for the purposes of compliance assessments across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the United States.
Pippa is the Head of Marketing and is responsible for the global marketing function. Pippa has over 14 years’ experience, gained in the professional services and educational publishing industries, in developing and driving marketing and communications strategies globally.
Simon is the Director of Operations and is responsible for the HR function, ISO Standards, Legal and Compliance, and Corporate IT groups within the Firm. With more than 20 years’ experience in multinational firms, Simon has in-depth knowledge across a broad range of corporate functions.
Stefanie is an Australian qualified lawyer who started her career working in legal and compliance roles across the finance and insurance industries. After working for the Victorian Government in Australia for three years, Stefanie decided to make a career change and moved into human resources and recruitment.
Chris is the Legal and Compliance Manager of the Firm, based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for the global management of the Firm’s legal affairs and regulatory compliance, and for ensuring the Firm operates in accordance with best practice ethical standards. Chris is an Australian-qualified solicitor with previous experience working for major multinational corporations and a leading international law firm.
Paul is a Product Director, he has over 16 years of international risk management experience from a number of leading global brands. Paul has extensive experience in Asia and Central America where he has launched and managed operations in support of due diligence investigations and pre-employment screening.
