The ComplianceDesktop Policy Management Application is designed to manage a company's vast array of policies. It allows your company to manage, update, create and retire policies and procedures in a simple, auditable, and effective way.
If your organization has hundreds of policies, and some of them are out of date, overlap with other policies, and relate to people, departments, managers or approval processes which have long since left the company, then the application will allow you to keep them updated and available to employees globally.

The ComplianceDesktop Gift & Hospitality Application is designed primarily for anti-bribery compliance. The tool helps employees determine whether they are able to give or receive a gift to or from a customer, partner, or supplier.
By applying a series of simple web based questions, the tool will calculate (according to your own company policies) whether a gift can be given and detail any rules or procedures that must be followed. If the employee wishes to record the gift, the application will allow the employee to record the details of the receiver, their company, department and contact information. This provides a record of all gifts which can then be cross-referenced by finance departments to support expense reimbursements.
