Code of Conduct
The Red Flag Group takes ethics and compliance seriously. We also understand that it is important to practice what we preach, and that is why we have taken steps to establish a culture of ethical behaviour within the group. For all our employees, we conduct ethical training every six months, as well as a monthly 1:1 coaching session with our CEO and chief compliance officer where ethics issues are discussed and an open forum is generated on how to build strong ethical leadership throughout the organisation.

We are committed to continuously innovating our services, and constantly look for new ways to provide value to our customers. The day that our service becomes a 'commodity' will be the day we close business. Our commitment to quality is paramount, and our clients demand its highest level. We strive to exceed expectations every time. We are currently in the process of adopting ISO 9001:2008 certification, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2009.
